Marian Staab is a Harford County resident and real estate agent who has been assisting families obtain their dream of homeownership since 1988. From first-time home buyers to seniors, Marian’s success begins with her roll-up-her-sleeves, get-to-work attitude and knowledge, softened by her listening skills, understanding, and the ability to put her clients at ease. This is proven by her 87% referral business year after year.

Marian has obtained a long list of accomplishments over the years. Her career started with Rookie of the Year. She has achieved Relocation Agent of the Year, Leadership Team Awards, Leader Circle, and Presidents Club status, and is a multi-year winner of the Master Sales 50/50 Award. Marian is also a graduate of the Floyd Wickman, Brian Buffini, Tom Ferry, and Jarod James sales programs. Currently serving on the Harford County Board of REALTORS® Executive Board for 6 years serving as the 2018 President, Equal Housing Committee Chair and the Maryland Association of REALTORS® Grievance Committee and Executive District 5 VP. Marian brings a wealth of current knowledge about the market and expertise to each and every client she serves.

In addition to her impressive list of professional accomplishments, Marian truly believes in giving back to her Harford County community. She is the founder and sole financial supporter of the Jeannie Lull Memorial Scholarship, and also participates with Ronald McDonald House, Sunshine Kids, Harvest for the Hungry, Habitat for Humanity, the MD Public TV Marathon, Toys for Tots, Boys and Girls Club and the JayCee's Annual Food Drive.
